Why do I run?
I race to challenge myself, to set goals. |
I like the feeling of accomplishment. |
By having races as goals, I stick with my training schedule. |
I race in order to dig deep with myself and see what I’m made of. |
Running gives me confidence, makes me happy, optimistic, it helps me solve problems and get a better perspective. |
Running has a really calming effect on me, it’s a time when I meditate and work out unsolved problems and generate my most creative thinking. |
It boost my selfesteem, it makes me think I can do other things. |
Stress relief, fitness. |
The key to success in sport is consistency.
If you want to run, run a mile.
If you want to experience another life... run a marathon.
